Mothers In Crisis has an outreach in Quincy, FL at 515 Stewart Street. The Children In Need of Services/ Families In Need of Services CINS/FINS program is provided to high risks youth and families. Its purpose is to provide counseling, re-sources, information, and education to high-risk youth and fami-lies. The goals are for teens 9 – 16 years of age and their fami-lies to have a greater level of communication & bonding, de-crease the frequency of alcohol and illicit drug use, and increase school performance both academically & behaviorally. The CINS/FINS program is funded through a Sub-Contract with Capi-tal City Youth Services.
